Jennifer has been the backbone of Cline Insurance Agency since 2008, bringing nearly two decades of insurance industry experience to her role. She’s worked her way through every position in the agency—starting on the phones in sales, advancing to manage the home insurance department, and now overseeing all daily operations. Jennifer keeps her team organized, efficient, and laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer service. She has completed Disney Institute’s Quality Service Training and Dale Carnegie’s “Leadership Training for Managers Program,” bringing world-class operational expertise to the agency. Born and raised in New Jersey, she’s a proud West Virginia University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Language Arts and a Sigma Kappa alumni (Theta Chi Chapter). Outside the office, Jennifer dedicates her time to her family—her husband, two daughters, and dog—and serves her community as a Girl Scout Leader.
